The role:

We are seeking an experienced and caring veterinary surgeon to lead our newly formed team in our first of many innovative clinics. Providing and promoting quality first opinion care is what you are all about alongside delivering an outstanding experience to our clients, pets and colleagues.

The role is permanent with no OOH.

Your new clinic:

Our first location in Fulham in South West London has been built from the ground up; a large, spacious and light space for the things that matter.

The brand new facilities include digital xray, in house laboratory, ultrasound, dental suite, bespoke practice management system and dedicated welfare space for you and the team.

Your experience:

As our head veterinary surgeon we expect you to bring a wealth of experience with high levels of clinical care and standards. You will be confident in performing all areas of general first opinion work as well as supporting and growing the skills of your team including championing the skills of our RVNs. You will enjoy and be comfortable in balancing the operational running of a modern veterinary practice, team management and commercial performance.

Your nursing team will be passionate about delivering first-class clinical care. They will not be performing routine non-clinical cleaning duties. We want all our nurses to develop their clinical and schedule 3 surgical skills in a supportive and friendly environment. Part of your role will be to nurture their clinical skills and professional development.
