We are seeking an experienced and caring veterinary surgeon to lead a newly formed team in our first innovative clinic. Providing and promoting quality first opinion care is what you are all about alongside delivering an outstanding experience to our clients, pets and colleagues.
The role is permanent with no OOH.
Our first location in Fulham in South West London has been built from the ground up; a large, spacious and light space for the things that matter.
The brand new facilities include digital xray, in house laboratory, ultrasound, dental suite, bespoke practice management system and dedicated welfare space for you and the team.
We believe veterinary colleagues, pets, and owners are currently underserved by the status quo. Our new membership approach ensures you have the time and capacity to deliver a new innovative experience and high level of care to our clients and pets.
This belief also extends to you and your veterinary colleagues and we are committed to delivering you support and a working environment like no other.
We are on a mission to create the future of veterinary and pet health care for all involved.
As our lead veterinary surgeon we expect you to bring a wealth of experience with high levels of clinical care and standards. You will be confident in performing all areas of general first opinion work as well as supporting and growing the skills of your team including championing the skills of our RVNs. You will enjoy and be comfortable in balancing the operational running of a modern veterinary practice, team management and commercial performance.
Your nursing team will be passionate about delivering first-class clinical care. They will not be performing routine non-clinical cleaning duties. We want all our nurses to develop their clinical and schedule 3 surgical skills in a supportive and friendly environment. Part of your role will be to nurture their clinical skills and professional development.
Alongside your clinical experience and exemplary team leadership, we are looking for a lead veterinary surgeon who strongly aligns to our beliefs and values:
We don’t accept the status quo. We can do better
We create space for the things that matter
We believe in continuous improvement
We learn from mistakes in a supportive and blame-free environment.
We deliver the best veterinary experience
We know our industry faces challenges and with the above beliefs at our core, any new member of the team must have a drive and enthusiasm in creating the future of veterinary care.
You will demonstrate an understanding that we are new and on a mission to deliver an innovative model, with a willingness to help develop and refine our internal processes and approaches.
Being part of an ambitious new company, the opportunity for future growth and wider roles will no doubt be available and as a team we embrace being curious and want to hear any ideas you have.
