The role:

We are seeking Client Experience Hosts to provide an unparalleled experience to our clients and their pets in our new veterinary practice. You will hold an innovative new style of role responsible for engaging, supporting and welcoming our clients when they visit.

The role is permanent with a discussion around working patterns best suited to you and us.

Your new clinic:

Our first location in Fulham in South West London has been built from the ground up; a large, spacious and light space for the things that matter.

The brand new client areas won’t have you stuck behind a reception desk but instead will enable you to provide our clients and pets with a warm personalised service.

The clinical areas are kitted out with the latest veterinary equipment and a dedicated welfare space for you and the team.

Your experience:

We welcome new colleagues to this role from any background however a passion in delivering outstanding support and experiences is what you are all about. You are client centric with a natural ability, flair and style when engaging and communicating with clients.

This is a non clinical role however a love for providing cuddles to our visiting dogs and cats is a must. Having confidence in using technology, being organised with a keen eye for detail will help you go far. Experience from within the veterinary industry is not required and all training and support will be provided.
